Step 1: Start with the Treble Clef Lines

Here is the "MUSIC NOTE ATTACK & SAY IT OUT LOUD" Method:

Start with 3 lines First:

1. Bottom line is E

Say this out loud: Bottom line is E

2. Top line is F

Say this out loud: Top line is F

(Logic: Bottom line is always E and Top line is the next note F)

3. Middle line is always B

Say this out loud: Middle Line is always B

Repeat the above until you see it in your head:
